These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AR 999 platform at ar999.wine. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every section below. Please take the time to go through this document carefully — it covers your account, your bets, your bonuses, your payments, and your rights.
You must be 18 years of age or older to open and use an AR 999 account. One account per person — no exceptions. Full details in Section 2.
All deposits and withdrawals at AR 999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. Section 6 covers all payment rules.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and AR 999 ("AR 999," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the betting and gaming platform accessible at ar999.wine. To open and maintain an account at AR 999, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
AR 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information about your age, identity, or location is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one AR 999 account. If we identify multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — we reserve the right to close all accounts except the first and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration at AR 999 and update that information promptly if it changes. The information you provide must match the identity documents you hold. You may not register using a pseudonym, nickname, or another person's identity.
AR 999 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other point we deem necessary. Standard KYC documents include a valid national ID card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe we specify may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.
All AR 999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account balances are all displayed and processed in PKR. AR 999 does not operate multi-currency accounts.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AR 999 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. AR 999 staff will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be AR 999 staff and asks for your password, do not provide it and contact our support team immediately.
You must notify AR 999 immediately at support@ar999.wine if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login details have been compromised. AR 999 will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security or from your sharing of credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
A bet is accepted and binding when AR 999 confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is displayed in your account, no bet has been placed. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended or closed will be voided and stakes returned. AR 999 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet for any reason without obligation to provide an explanation.
AR 999 takes reasonable care to ensure that odds and market information displayed on the platform are accurate. However, in the event of a manifest error — an obviously incorrect price, such as a clear system error or data feed failure — AR 999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether bets appeared to have settled. This applies even after initial settlement has been shown in your account.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the market was posted in error; the event was abandoned or postponed beyond the window specified in the sport-specific rules; the result is subject to a formal appeal that changes the official outcome; or the bet was placed on a suspended market due to a technical fault.
In-play betting at AR 999 is subject to short delays between the moment you submit a bet and the moment it is accepted, during which odds may change. If the odds move between your submission and acceptance, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new price or cancel. AR 999 cannot guarantee that live odds accurately reflect real-time match events at all moments due to inherent data feed latency.
AR 999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the sport-specific rules sections of the platform. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit. In the case of an accumulator, the maximum single-event payout cap applies to the entire accumulator return.
AR 999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in PKR. AR 999 does not accept payments via cryptocurrency, third-party digital wallets not listed above, or cash.
The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account verification level. Verified accounts are eligible for higher limits. AR 999 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts within five minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high platform traffic — typically during live PSL or Pakistan cricket matches — processing times may extend to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit on the same account. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent withdrawal attempts.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. If this is not technically feasible, AR 999 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method after satisfactory identity verification is completed.
AR 999 operates in full compliance with international AML standards. We may request documentation explaining the source of funds deposited into your account at any time. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately, and relevant information will be shared with appropriate authorities. Any funds associated with such activity will be held pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers at AR 999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and to the general conditions in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all applicable terms. AR 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
New members at AR 999 who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% match welcome bonus up to Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10× the total of (deposit + bonus) on eligible betting markets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within this window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited without further notice.
AR 999 regularly offers reload bonuses, free bet promotions, Aviator cashback, and PSL-specific promotions. Each promotion carries its own specific wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates. These are published on the Promotions page of the platform when the offer is active.
AR 999 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk combination bets that satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; coordinating with other members to abuse promotions; and arbitrage betting specifically aimed at fulfilling bonus conditions. If such activity is detected, AR 999 reserves the right to void all bonuses, void related winnings, and close the account.
Free bets credited to your AR 999 account are valid for the period stated when they are issued. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of winnings — only the profit from a winning free bet is credited to your real-money balance. Unless otherwise stated, free bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify for the stated benefit.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AR 999 platform. Engaging in any of them is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR 999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer failure, or any other commercial damage or loss, even if AR 999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AR 999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your AR 999 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AR 999 is not responsible for any third-party technical failures — including internet outages, mobile network issues, device failures, or payment processor downtimes — that affect your ability to place, modify, or cancel bets. If a live bet is affected by a connection failure on your side, AR 999 will apply the auto cash-out value where applicable, or void the bet if no such value is available, at our discretion.
You may request closure of your AR 999 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ar999.wine. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.
AR 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; chargeback initiation; use of prohibited software; or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other members. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, AR 999 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.
AR 999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the AR 999 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the AR 999 platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the AR 999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AR 999 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration before being escalated to formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Pakistan. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory law, the mandatory law provision shall prevail to the extent necessary.
